Your First Visit Made Simple
Starting care at Quality Chiropractic should feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. Before your appointment, we’ll email you paperwork to complete online. If you prefer, you can arrive 30 minutes early to fill it out in our office. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing or athletic wear. Our friendly New Patient Advocate (NPA) is available to answer questions, guide you through forms, and ensure you feel supported from the moment you arrive.
What to Expect on Day One
Your first visit lasts about an hour. A New Patient Advocate (NPA) will greet you, help with paperwork, and take your vitals. You’ll then meet the doctor for a thorough consultation, exam, and X-rays if needed. This visit is focused on understanding your health history and identifying the root of your concerns. We want to know more than just where it hurts—we want to learn what activities you miss most and what goals you’d like to achieve, so we can help you get back to living fully.

Your Second Visit and Beyond
On your second visit, you’ll watch a short video explaining what to expect, then sit down with the doctor to review your exam findings. Together, you’ll discuss a personalized care plan. The NPA will walk you through financial details, and you’ll receive your first adjustment or therapy session. We make sure you leave with a clear plan and confidence in your next steps.
Making Care Accessible
We accept Medicare, Care Credit, and most major credit cards, as well as HSA accounts. While we don’t currently offer a new patient special, we may add this in the future. Our fees are comparable to other clinics in Falls Church, but our patient experience is second to none. By offering same-day and walk-in appointments and extended evening hours, we remove the barriers that often keep people from getting care. We want you to feel empowered, comfortable, and cared for at every stage of your journey.
