MEET OUR PERSONAL TRAINER
Graeme Misena Buenaflor is our Quality Personal Training (Falls Church) lead trainer/post-rehab specialist. As a professional trainer, Graeme focuses on creating integrated and diverse training programs for clients that include cardiovascular training, strength training, and flexibility components. Graeme's training focuses on multi-joint exercises that help strengthen the body through its natural movement patterns. Noticing the gradual decline in exercise habits and increasing health issues taking over the nation, Graeme wanted to reverse this debilitating trend by promoting health through an integrated approach of exercise and movement enhancement. Graeme has a BS in Health and Physical Education from Frostburg State University, is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (AAHFRP) and Certified Massage Therapist.
